dc.description.abstractThis research examines the relationship between self-esteem and the community resilience of online ojek driver during the Covid-19 pandemic. The questionnaire used is a community resilience scale, namely the Community Advancing Resilience Toolkit Assessment Survey (CARTAS) and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) the scale which has been adapted, there are 245 online ojek drivers. The method used in this research is quantitative method and data analysis using simple linear regression analysis.The hypothesis in this study is that self- esteem is positively related to the community resilience of online ojek driver during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of this study, it was found that there was a significant positive relationship between self- esteem and the community resilience of online ojek driver during the Covid-19 pandemic. This shows that the higher the self-esteem, the higher community resilience of online ojek driverduring the Covid-19 pandemic.en_US
