This study aims to determine the effect of the Big five personality dimensions on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Indomaret employees. Data was collected using the Big Five Inventory scale (BFI) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale distributed to Indomaret employees. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling or population research with a sample of 277 employees. The results showed that the Big five personality dimensions significantly affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Indomaret employees. The dimensions that have a direct significant effect (positive) are openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and those that have a direct significant effect (negative) are neuroticism. That is, the higher the openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, and agreeableness of employees, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Indomaret employees. Meanwhile, the higher neuroticism in employees, the lower Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Indomaret employees.
