dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of job satisfaction on employee motivation at the office of the Ministry of Religion of West Nias Regency. This study uses a quantitative associative causality model with saturated sampling technique. The research data was obtained by giving the research scale to 34 samples. This study uses data analysis, namely, validity test, reliability test, linearity test, and linearity regression calculation test. The results of this study indicate that 62% of employees at the office of the Ministry of Religion of West Nias Regency are satisfied with their work; 56% of employees at the office of the Ministry of Religion of West Nias Regency have a positive influence of 11.9% on the work motivation of employees at the office of the Ministry of Religion of West Nias Regency. The coefficient value obtained is Y = 34.702 + 0.172X, r = 0.345, t arithmetic (2.079) > t table (2.03693), significance 0.046. The results of this study indicate that the higher the job satisfaction of employees, the higher the work motivation of employees at the Ministry of Religion office of West Nias Regency. | en_US |
