dc.description.abstract | Customer loyalty has an important role in a company, retaining them means improving financial performance and maintaining company viability, this is the main reason for a company to attract and retain them. This of course requires every company to seek innovation and creativity in order to gain customer trust and loyalty. Therefore, a good quality product is needed to attract and retain customers. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between product quality on customer loyalty at PT. Jaco Nusantara Mandiri. The results of this study were found from two scales, namely the product quality scale and the customer loyalty scale which had 100 respondents. The results of the linear regression test showed that the significance value obtained was 0.000 <0.05, the hypothesis in this study is accepted namely that there is an effect of product quality on customer loyalty at PT. Jaco Nusantara Mandiri in Medan City, where the better the level of product quality, the higher the level of customer loyalty. | en_US |
