dc.description.abstractThis research study about the fatigue growth behavior the material aluminum alloy 6063-T6 under mixed mode loading. The specimen is made by Compact Tension Shear (CTS) uses loading device, the between axis of loading crack surface was varied 90 45° (mixed mode). fracture testing was conducted by applying quast loading a constant loading with certain through servopulser universal machine. The fatigue fracture and propagation behavior monitored by digital microscope. The fracture testing for getting critical intensity factor was conducted applying static quasi in constant speed. The analysis the result of eksperiment result critical stress Intensity factor of material, fatigue crack growth, stress intensity difference, the behavior its crack direction fatigue crack and length crack The value critical stress intensity factor of Aluminum Alloy 6063-76 obtained amount 29.53 MPam The leading of creeping run on loading angle. On mode 1 (a=90") and cracked direction creeping leading with a fatigue pre crack and formed angle 0 with the direction fatigue pre crack On mixed mode (a 60 dan 45) height of components mode the ward side of crack formed the angle respectively and 42° direction fatigue pre crack and there found crack with preceding the creep of crack with an and mode 1. An output variation of on the fore may influence the leading fatigue crack The observation surface fracture worked with Scanning Electrone Microscope The result of observation on surface fracture on fatigue crack indicate its cracking surface to been_US
