But, this matter yet still unpredictable because in determining visible respon from three variable, that is perception, attitude, and participation. Considering this condition, each;every society in various region will have the respon which different each other to an program given by government. This research aim to to know the Fertile Respon Age Couple To Free Family Berencana Program in Sub-District of Paluh of Walnut of District of Deep Hollow of Pakam of Sub-Province of Deli Serdang. Research method use the descriptive type that is making picture of[is condition of by totally about how respon society. This research is [done/conducted] in District of Paluh Walnut with the responder amounting to 54 fertile age couple. Technique of Prngumpulan data [pass/through] the enquette to responder, observation, and direct interview to responder which can strengthen the this research data. While analysis method used is descriptive, data obtained from research checked and answer classified by according to kinds of tabulation nya and also into tables of frequency is hereinafter analysed, and use the scale likert to measure its variables. Pursuant to data which have been collected and analysed inferential that in mean of program KB free of charge get the positive respon from PUS with the value 0,73. Consist of by perception with the value 0,72 and attitude with the value 0,92 and also participation with the value 0,56. Society hope the free program KB remain to be continued
