Abstract

This study entitled “Leadership Style Analysis Work Motivation To Grow In Improving Employee Productivity in PT. Flora Sawita Chemindo”. This study aims to determine and analyze the Leadership Styles Motivation To Work Growing In Improving Employee Productivity, and to know and analyze the dominant factor influencing motivation to work in improving employee productivity in PT. Flora Sawita Chemindo. he types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Collecting data using questionnaires / questionnaires, documentation studies and interviews. Data analysis technique used is a descriptive method. Primary data in this study were obtained from the questionnaire / list of statements using a Likert scale of measurement and statistically processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 15 For Windows. The sampling technique used in this study is the method of random sampling. Hypothesis testing using Multiple Regression analysis. he results showed that the factor Konsultif Behavior, Participative behavior, Behavior Delegasif jointly significant and positive effect on Employee Motivation in PT. Flora Sawita Chemindo amounting to 60.7%, while the variable factors of participatory behavior is the most dominant variable of employee work motivation PT. Flora sawita Chemindo. hat is because the variable factor has a significant value for Participatory Behavior smallest (0.020).
