dc.description.abstractThe study is titled “ Analysis clearing at PT. Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk Tebing Tinggi”. The purpose of this study was to see how many clearing reject, how many customer receive SP 1, 2 and SPPR. This data was obtained from field research and literature and data collection by PT. Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk Tebing Tinggi, website Bank of Indonesia. Result of analysis showed that clearing reject to credibility customer after receive SP1, 2 and SPPR significant effect to credibility to customer specially customer of PT. Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk Tebing Tinggi.en_US
