dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to see The relationship between sense of communityand the community resiliense of online ojek driver during the Covid-19 pandemic. The questionnaire used is the community resilience scale, namely the Communities Advancing Resilience Toolkit Assessment Survey or CART AS and the sense of community scale, namely the Sense of Community Index 2 which has been adapted, there are 389 online ojek driver in the city of Medan. The method used in this research is quantitative method and data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis in this study is that sense of communitywill be positively related to the community resiliense of online ojek driver during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of this study, it was found that there was a significant positive relationship between sense of communityand tthe community resiliense of online ojek driver during the Covid-19 pandemic. This shows that the higher the sense of community, the higher the community resiliense of online ojek driver during the Covid-19 pandemi.en_US
