Analisis Pengaruh Kredit Perbankan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Sektor Industri Besar di Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this study is to extent the effect of bank credit and the labor force to labor absorption in the big industrial sector in province North Sumatera. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect of bank credit and growth of economic to labor absorption in the big industrial sector in North Sumatera. The method used in the analysis of the influence of bank credit to labor absorption in the big industrial sector in the North Sumatera is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22.0. Based on the estimation results show that bank credit variables individually is significant effect on employment and growth of economic are significantly affect labor absorption too of big industrial sector in North Sumatera. However, if tested together variables of bank credit and growth of economic did not significantly affect employment in North Sumatera
