This study aims to determine and analyze the Business Development Franchise
Systems Ice Dawet Mbanjar Cah, and how the application of these variables on the
development of franchise systems Es Dawet Mbanjar Cah. The study was conducted to
the business owners, managers and employees Es Dawet Cah Mbanjar.
Informants in this study consisted of related individuals and businesses directly related
to the Es Dawet Cah Mbanjar consisting of business owners, managers and some
employees of related businesses Es Dawet Cah Mbanjar.
Data collection methods used are in-depth interview methods (Depth Interview),
descriptive analysis method and the method of deductive analysis. This type of study
used a qualitative research approach to obtain a descriptive analysis and pathway
analysis on the implementation of a franchise system in efforts Es Dawet Cah Mbanjar,
and the data used are the primary data and secondary data obtained through in-depth
interviews (Depth Interview), the study documentation / book study and the validity of
test observations using the method of triangulation.
From the analysis of the variables indicate the conclusion that the trademark
variable (X1), financial variables (X2), the standard variable (X3), marketing variable
(X4) and the variables of training, assistance and guidance(X5) proved to be an
important factor for the development of Es Dawet Cah Mbanjar (Y) with increased
earnings, increased number of outlets and market expansion.
