performance. Optimally, therefore PT. Narasindo Mitra Perdana Medan prepared
to compete in the business of foreign currency (money chandger) are increasingly
crowded and increasing in the city of Medan khususnya.Kinerja PT. Narasindo
Mitra Perdana Medan been affected by the field of education and training that
consists of factors material taught, methods used, Facilities / support facilities,
instructor ability, ability of participants, the company. This study aimed to
determine the effect of education and training to increase employee performance
at PT. Narasindo Mitra Perdana Medan.
This study is associative, ie research that connects two or more variables to
see the effects of these variables. The data used in this study is primary data and
secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive quantitatively using
linear regression. Samples used in this study were calculated based on the 50
respondents who proportionate random sampling.
The results showed that simultaneous, factors consisting of material
taught, methods used, Facilities / support facilities, instructor ability, ability
participants, positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at
PT. Prime Partner Narasindo Medan. Partial test demonstrated the ability of the
instructor variable is the dominant variable affecting the performance of
