Madani Mekaar National Capital is a capital loan service aimed at women micro entrepreneurs with a group system or joint responsibility that has the goal of guiding and improving the welfare of the community so that they can achieve a better standard of living. To measure the welfare of users of this service, several indicators are used, such as basic needs, psychological social needs, and development needs. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, the sample is determined by selecting several insiders with the criteria determined by the researcher through a purposive sampling technique. The existence of the PNM Mekaar service is expected to help women, especially housewives, in business capital to help improve family welfare. The role of the Mekaar Madani National Capital is divided into positive and negative roles. The positive role of this service affects the basic needs and informal education of customers' children, while the negative role of this service is social psychological needs in terms of internal and external social interaction and recreation. The welfare of families who use this service is different from one another because everyone has different welfare standards, even though the role of the Mekaar Civil National Capital does not look big enough, the increase in various needs has changed, although not in a significant amount
