dc.description.abstractThe success of Bank Aceh's performance lies on empowering human resources, in order to improve the job satisfaction and employee performance. Different Characteristics among individual employees of Bank Aceh should be able to synergize with the transformational leadership style, so that bank leaders are able to motivate the employees to achieve organizational performance. The concept of organizational culture applied to Bank Aceh would provide guidance for bank employees about important things to be done to improve job satisfaction and employee performance in Bank Aceh. The purpose of this study was to know and analyze: (1) the influence of individual characteristics and transformational leadership on organizational culture; (2) the influence of individual characteristics, transformational leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction; and (3) the influence of individual characteristics, transformational leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bank Aceh in the provinces of Aceh and North Sumatra. The research object was all employees of Bank Aceh with a population of 814 employees of conventional branches in the provinces of Aceh and North Sumatra. The sample of 305 employees of Bank Aceh was taken by proportional stratified random sampling method. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents at 22 Bank Aceh branches in in the provinces of Aceh and North Sumatra. The data analysis method used in this research was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), by using PLS Warp program to analyze the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). The results showed: (1) individual characteristics and transformational leadership had significant positive effect on the organizational culture; (2) Individual characteristics, transformational leadership and organizational culture had significant positive effect on job satisfaction; and (3) individual characteristics, transformational leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction had significant positive effect on employee performance at Bank Aceh. In addition, organizational culture and job satisfaction variable mediated the relationship between the two other variables on the performance of Bank Aceh employees.en_US
dc.description.abstractKunci keberhasilan kinerja Bank Aceh terletak pada pemberdayaan sumberdaya manusia agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Karakteristik yang berbeda antar individu karyawan Bank Aceh harus dapat bersinergi dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, sehingga pimpinan bank mampu menggerakkan karyawan untuk pencapaian kinerja organisasi. Konsep budaya organisasi yang diterapkan pada Bank Aceh akan memberi pedoman bagi karyawan bank akan segala sesuatu yang penting dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada Bank Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh karakteristik individu dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap budaya organisasi; (2) pengaruh karakteristik individu, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja; dan (3) pengaruh karakteristik individu, kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Aceh di Provinsi Aceh dan kota Medan. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Bank Aceh dengan populasi sebanyak 814 karyawan cabang konvensional di provinsi Aceh dan Sumatera Utara. Sample sebanyak 305 karyawan Bank Aceh diambil dengan metode proportional stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden ke 22 cabang Bank Aceh di Provinsi Aceh dan kota Medan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), dengan menggunakan program Warp PLS untuk menganalisis model pengukuran (outer model) maupun model struktural (inner model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) karakteristik individu dan kepemimpinan transformasional secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap Budaya organisasi; (2) karakteristik individu, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja; dan (3) karakteristik individu, kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Aceh. Selanjutnya variabel budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan antara kedua variabel lainnya terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh.en_US
