Analisis Keahlian Manajemen dalam Membentuk Jiwa Kewirausahaan Pengurus Organisasi (Studi Kasus Organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Tingkat komisariat di Kota Medan)

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze management expertise in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit organization of the Islamic Student Association Commissariat in Medan City. The sample is presidium committee Islamic Student Associations Commisariat in Medan City. Total of Population is 405. This research uses 202 respondents in the sample using the method of proportional sampling randomsampling. This research uses explanatory research. Data collection method in this research is to use a questionnaire to obtain primary data and using literature study from various sources to obtain secondary data. The hypothesis was tested using a simple linear regression analysis with significance level of 5%. At simultaneous hypothesis testing, variable management expertise variables significantly influence entrepreneurial spirit. The test results Adjusted R Square (R2) showed the value of 0,228 means that 22,8% of variables that make up the entrepreneurial spirit organization committee can be explained by the variable management expertise while the remaining 77,2% can be explained by the variable-other variables not examined in this study
