dc.description.abstractTurnover intention is defined as an employee's intention or awareness to voluntary quit from their job but not leaving the company yet. This study is aimed to investigate the influence of perceived of career development and work-family conflict can affect turnover intention among female employees at PT Bank Sumut. This study involved 114 female employees from all PT Bank Sumut. Statistical analysis showed that perceived of career development and work-family conflict influenced to turnover intention among female employees at PT Bank Sumut. This study showed that positive perception of career development and low level of work-family conflict can reduce turnover intention.en_US
