dc.description.abstract | A hospital experiences various problems related to nursing personnel and nursing services. They are related to nurses' dissatisfaction and their work environment which cause the decrease in the loyalty, whereas the success of a hospital mostly depends on nurses' loyalty. Nurses'loyalty is in one of the factors which influence the existence of RSU Sembiring, Delitua. The objective wa to find out the correlation of working environment, job rotation, and organizational commitment with nurses' loyalty at RSU Sembiring,Delitua. the research used descriptive analytic correlation method.The population was 275 nurses,and 74 of them were used as the samples,taken by using simple random sampling technique.The data were analyzed by using univatriate analysis and bivartriate analysis with Rank Person correlation test.The result of the research showed that there was the correlation between work environment and loyalty at RSU Sembiring,Delitua at p-value = 0,001 and ,there was the correlation between job rotation and loyalty at RSU Sembiring,Delitua at p-value= 0,000 ,and there was the correlation between organizational commitment and loyalty at RSU Sembiring,Delitua at p= value 0,000 and r =0,002.It is recommended that the management of the hospital should be able to create good environment so that nurses can do their job confortably,can be loyal in proving the service for patients,and will be convinient in doing their job. | en_US |
