Peranan DPC FSPSI dalam Menyelesaikan Kasus Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja di Perusahaan swasta (Studi Kasus di DPC FSPSI Kotamadya Medan)

Abstract

Government, entrepreneurs and the workers always try attempt to avoid the dispute, but in fact, it is difficult to avoid it. If there is dispute, the entrepreneurs, and the workers or trade union should attempt to settle it by bargaining first before it is handled by Manpower Department.

tn Medan Municipality Regional in 1997/1998 has been happened the dispute £

421 workers implemented by 320 Private companies. Not all workers know of how to claim their rights to the entrepreneurs. In working field, there is known as FSPSI, a union of workers place. The question Fises to whether there is the role of FSPSII to solve the problems facing by the workers. It is therefore, the research is implemented on private company performing the dispute having trade union. the sample is taken from 50 (fifty) private companies implementing the dispute and 50 workers having the dispute purposively.
