| dc.description.abstract | Pharmacy practices in hospital have been changed .from drug/product
oriented to patient services and comprehensive diseases treatment. Haji Hospital in
Medan has applied One Day Dose Dispensing system for pharmacy services, but the
implementation of this system haven't held how the must its held.
The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between the
quality of pharmacy services One Day Dose Dispensing system with the satisfaction
of Askes inpatients in Haji Hospital. This research was a survey with explanatory
research. The population of this study were all of the Askes inpatients in Haji
Hospital, and 100 of them were selected to be the sample for this study through
purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed through Pearson
Product Moment test.
The results of this research showed that there were relationship between the
quality of pharmacy services One Day Dose Dispensing system which consist of
reliability, responsiveness, tangible, empathy, and assurance with the satisfaction of
Askes inpatients at Haji Hospital in Medan.
It is supposed that the management of Haji Hospital in Medan to increase
pharmacist or make a comprehensive training for nurses, inform a standard
operating procedures clear and exact of the One Day Dose Dispensing System
implementation, equalizing perception and making any commitment with all of
stakeholder in this system implementation. It also important to do a routine
evaluation on One Day Dose Dispensing system, which will be done by Haji Hospital
