This thesis addresses the issue of supply chain management two-echelon location inventory with multi-warehouse and multi-retailer where warehouses and retailers can do storage (inventory). The original problem is formulated as a mix nonlinear integer program. In many applications, non-linear functions will be faced with some problems and are not easy to solve because it has higher complexity that needs to be converted into a linear program so that the settlement can use a special method is ·used to solve linear optimization. This thesis presents a linear program of the problem of the supply chain location-inventory by applying piecewise linearization technique.en_US
