Analisa Asam Lemak Bebas (Alb) dari Cpo Fresh, Cpo Outspec, dan Cpo Blending di PTPN III Perdagangan PKS Sei Mangkei
Abstract
The experiment has been done to reducing free fatty acid (FFA) from CPO outspec
(FFA > 5%) in a blending manner with CPO fresh (FFA < 3,5%). From this
experiment, FFA of CPO fresh = 3,08% and FFA of CPO outspec = 5,12%. From
blending the two CPO, the result of analysis FFA of CPO blending = 4,58%. Which is
the result of analysis FFA of CPO blending leans have the bigger value than the
theoretical calculation that is 4,51%.
