Abstract

The percentage of palm oil losses which is in separator sludge palm oil clarification station unit in Pabatu tebing tinggi plantations impact the quality of crude palm oil extremely.The losses of palm oil in processing of CPO refining in separator sludge is about 0,51%-0,59% and did not pass the standard of the losses of palm oil which is 0,6 % to the sample and Factors which impact the losses of palm oil in separator sludge device for example the capacity of unit separator sludge process, the kind of nozzle, the cleaning of bowl’s side and balanced device.
