dc.description.abstract | Analysis genetic diversity of local rice Sumatera Utara can be done using molecular markers, one of which is the Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR). The four primer SSR is primer RM 20, RM 580, RM 413 and RM 131 used to this research for analysis genetic diversity of 11 colection from local rice of Sumatera Utara and 1 colection rice hybrid. Amplificafed alel with Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) had electroforesis in gel agarose. The final totals get 82 band taht determinated by 200bp-1769bp in all primer. The higher polymorphic band in primer RM 20 as many as 19 band DNA and the lowest polymorphic band in primer RM 131 as many as 9 band DNA. The highest percentage of polymorphic band exist in primer RM 413 as many as 84.61%. The data is grouped by using Unweight Pair Group Method with Arithme Average (UPGMA) to present the data in the form dendogram. The result shows that there are five groups with the similarity coefficient values is 0.58 to 1.00 (58% -100%). | en_US |
