Pengaruh Mobilisasi Dini terhadap Risiko Ulkus Dekubitus pada Pasien Stroke Iskemik di Binjai

Abstract

Early mobilization is one of the nursing intervention that untended to prevent decubitus ulcers especially for patients with immobilization. Given the right position very important in maintain skin integrity that able to decrease pressure, prevent compressive neuropaty. The purpose of this research was found about influence early mobilization with risk of decubitus ulcers for stroke patients in general Hospital of dr. Djoelham Binjai. The design used in this research was quasy experiment with nonequivalent control group design, and the population in this research was ischemic stroke patients who got cared in general Hospital of dr. Djoelham Binjai. Research samples were ischemic stroke patient, with consist of 26 patient intervention group and 26 patients control group that has been taken by purposive sampling. The instrument used was guidance of assessment risk decubitus ulcers with braden scale. Hypothesis test used by wilcoxon signed ranks and Mann Withney for 95 % significance level. The result of Wilcoxon test for control group obtained P=0,000 values, that means there was difference risk of decubitus ulcers incidence for intervention group with perfonned early mobilization. The result of Mann Withney, pre-experimental with control group and intervention group obtained values was P=0,03. That means there was difference risk of decubitus ulcers incidence with performed early mobilization. It will be expectation to hospital staf who give alternative to prevent by assessment risk factor of stroke and decubitus ulcers will get some development beyond the time, so can will use consider to give clinical decision properly.
