Pengaruh Sifat Kepribadian Entrepreneurship dan Dukungan Sosial terhadap Intensi Menjadi Entrepreneur pada Generasi Z yang Sudah Bekerja

Abstract

Generation Z is the generation born in 1997-2010 who will or have entered the workforce. However, unlike the previous generation, Generation Z is more entrepreneurial in terms of the courage to take risks, independence, innovation and also the desire to achieve . These four traits are considered as entrepreneurial traits that are directly related to entrepreneurial behavior and activities both in creating new businesses and in running businesses. In this study, there were 229 respondents who were Generation Z who had worked in various companies. Generation Z has its own advantages where Generation Z is referred to as Generation I because Generation Z lives in a rapidly growing digital environment. The results of this study prove that 30.7% have a positive influence on the intention to become an entrepreneur and the personality traits of entrepreneurs have an influence of 15.4% on the intention to become an entrepreneur in Generation Z. Generation Z has a fairly high intention to become an entrepreneur and the entrepreneurial nature and social support factors have a positive and significant influence on the intention to become an entrepreneur in Generation Z.
