dc.description.abstractA judicial protection to these juvenile or juvenile protection is an effort to keep up condition with a guaranteed way so the juvenile able to act his right and obligation. If the parents of a child unknown the existence, as in factly unable to act his right and obligation, the other could, either on his our wish air law requires along with a right and that obligation. ne of nays to act the right end obligation is by some social work agents organize any private reformatories. In order to keep up the implementation of Juvenile protection, Republic Indonesia government has set up « Regulation No. 4 sf 1979 and Governmental Regulation No. 2 of 1968. The implementation regulating the effectivity of social work centers presenting a judicial protection to its foster child still not available. Therefore, sometimes appear a problem how the available the social work center organizing private reformatory, how it faster child is how the implementation of judicial protection to foster child. To answer the problem above, it is dene an analytical descriptively, on by data gathering method to 40 foster children from about 9 private reformatory is available in Hedan town.en_US
