Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method of decision making approach that is designed to help search for the solution of multicriteria complex problems in a number of application domains. Decision making by using ARP method does not have an absolute requirement of consistency. But if too many inconsistencies are also undesirable because it will affect the resulting decisions. In this study the authors conducted an analysis to test the consistency of eigen vector matrix pairs in the decision matrix. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the criteria have the largest eigenvalues are the criteria with the highest priority. The value of consistency otherwise received if the value of consistency ratio of less than 0.1.en_US
