It had been performed the treatment about the effect of the experiment procedure treatment on room temperature to biochemical oxygen demand (BOD).This study aims to find whether are there significant difference of BOD value between experiment procedure on room temperature and incubation temperature (20o C). The samples used waste water that consist of four samples from difference waste water. Each of samples were divided into two groups, treatment and control group. Group of treatment is group that was incubated on room temperature and group of control is group that was incubated on 20o C. BOD value was measured on third, fifth, and seventh days postincubation. Data was processed using Mann-Whitney test. This study shows that BOD value on room temperature is more than incubation temperature (20o C) unsignificantly on third, fifth, and seventh days postincubation (Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) > ½ α (0,025)). It is concluded that is not significant difference of BOD value between experiment procedure on room temperature and incubation temperature (20o C).en_US
