| dc.description.abstract | Health Office of Dairi District through a previous research was found with
unsatisfactory performance. This research was dedicated to improve the performance
through a guidance of SCRIPT analysis (SCRIPT
Recognition, Innovation, Participation and Teamwork).
Strategy, Communication,
The research was based on the mode of descriptive analytic qualitative
involved 25 informers. The research instruments were : ( 1) 1 set of open ended
questionaire; (2) opinion of the informers; (3) written documents; (4) Focus Group
Discussion.
The result of the research stated that Health Office of Dairi District achieved
the value of Strength (S) as high as 68 % which is located in the First Quadrant (SO)
of SWOT diagram. The CRIPT components indicated that the perfonnance of
organization scored averagely ''Sufficient" or 40 to 60 % in the interval scale. For the
future performance improvement of Health Office a Maxi-Maxi Strategy could be
activated through adoption of SCRIPT' s components to achieve High Performance

| dc.description.abstract | Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Dairi melalui penelitian pendahuluan dijumpai
performa kinerja yang kurang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
meningkatkan kinerja berdasarkan analisis SCRIPT (Strategi, Komunikasi, Rekognisi,
Inovasi, Partisipasi dan Tim Kerjasama).
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik kualitatif dengan jumlah
informan sebanyak 25 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah : ( 1) 1 set
kuesioner terbuka; (2) kumpulan ide-ide responden; (3) data-data temuan pada
dokumen dan ( 4) hasil dari Fokus Grup Diskusi (FGD).
Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Dairi
memiliki nilai Strategis (S) sebesar 68 % yang terletak pada Kuadran 1 SO dalam
diagram SWOT, dan komponen CRIPT menunjukkan nilai performa pada tingkat rata-
rata ''sedang" pada skala interval 40 s/d 60 %. Selanjutnya untuk peningkatan kinerja
Dinas Kesehatan dilakukan melalui strategi Maxi-Maxi dengan mengadopsi unsur-
unsur SCRIPT kedalam organisasi, sehingga tercapai kualitas Organisasi Berkinerja
