Perancangan Aplikasi Sistem Pakar dengan Metode Backward Chaining untuk Mendiagnosa Penyakit Jantung Berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Dokter Indonesia

Abstract

Expert system is computer-based system that using knowledge, facts, and appropriating technique to solve problem that only can be solved by an expert in their level. Many cases could be research in expert system, one of them is heart disease. In this research, will be designed an expert system to diagnose the type of heart disease. Heart disease is important to known because it ranks the 2nd causes of death. In this research, the system using backward chaining method to diagnose heart disease. This system can conclude the type of heart disease that suffered by someone and the type of drugs according to the disease. This application is created with PHP 5 language and MySQL as the knowledge base. The system testing is done by matching the process of backward chaining in searching decision tree to diagnose heart disease at the design step with the real system has been built.
