The research has been done on the test of crude extract alkaloids from Lancing fruit (Solanum verbacifolium set W) and its relation to Sperm activity in male mice (Mus musculus) and pregnancy of female mice. The simplicial of lancing fruit was macerated with methanol and it was extracted with chloroform and then concentrated by rotary evaporator, the obtained extract was 3.8872 g. Where the Solasodin as an active alkaloid crude extract was given to mice trial consisting of 1 male 3 females performed 3 times repetitions to 4 groups (PI = Control; P2 = 0,5%; P3 = 1%; P4 = 1,5%), each group was given 0.5 cc per day orally for 30 days. The obtained results indicated that the higher of the concentration of alkaloid extract used, decreases pregnancy rate of mice. The statistical results indicated the significant effect on pregnancy rate of mice with an effective concentration was 1.5% which is there was not pregnant mice and it could reduce the quantity and quality of sperm in male mice.en_US
