dc.description.abstractMinutes of the social problems faced by Indonesia at this time is the issue of persons with disabilities of the body. Persons with disability also have the same rights and obligations in all aspects of life and living, including the right to obtain employment in accordance with the type and degree of disability that exist on them. Persons with disabilities are expected to develop and enhance mental and social abilities so it is expected that the relevant able to work according to ability level, education and skills possessed and in accordance with the interests and experiences, so as to achieve self-sufficiency amid people's lives. One of the empowerment of persons with disabilities conducted by the central government body, especially for persons with disabilities is the provision of guidance skills programs for persons with disability held in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) in the Ministry of Social Development Social Institution Daksha "BAHAGIA". This research is classified into the type of descriptive research that aims to describe the implementation of the guidance program evaluation skills for persons with disability. The total population is 70 people and the sample is 26 people, the researchers used purposive sampling sampling that has a purpose. Samples were taken so the source of the study was a teenager, where the age of these girls have the ability immature well, the age of these girls have a good level of understanding and also want to know the seriousness of their skills in running a given program. Data analysis techniques in this study using quantitative techniques. Based on the research that has been done on the evaluation of the implementation of the guidance program for persons with disabilities skills body good and the respondent received the program well and also the learning process according to a predetermined time together, and the materials studied so help them to improve its capacity for life everyday. It can be seen from the predetermined indicator suitability program planning, compliance with the implementation of learning and also the suitability of the learning outcomes.en_US
