dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see how the description of work stress on teachers who teach at SMP Negeri 38 Medan during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative research method using a Likert scale with 35 items as a measuring tool which is distributed to the population of teachers who are teaching at SMP Negeri 38 Medan. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of data analysis show that as many as 50 teachers who teach at SMP Negeri 38 Medan, as many as 3 (6%) respondents experience mild work stress, 38 (76%) respondents have moderate work stress levels, then 9 (18%) respondents experience high levels of work stress. From this analysis, it can be concluded that most of the teachers who teach at SMP Negeri 38 Medan experience moderate work stress during the COVID-19 pandemic.en_US
