dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see how the student well-being of new students of the Faculty of Psychology, North Sumatera University during the COVID-19 pandemic period. This study uses a quantitative research method using a student well-being scale with 21 items as a measuring tool which is distributed to the new student population of the 2021 Faculty of Psychology, North Sumatra University. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of data analysis show that as many as 153 new students from the 2021 Faculty of Psychology USU, as many as 24 (15.7%) respondents experienced a mild level of student well-being, 96 (62.7%) respondents had a moderate level of student well-being, then as many as 33 (21.6%) respondents experienced a high level of student well-being. From this analysis, it can be concluded that most of the 2021 students of the Faculty of Psychology, North Sumatra University have moderate level of student well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic.en_US
