dc.description.abstractThis research examines the relationship between emotional intelligence and the community resilience of online ojek driver during the Covid-19 pandemic. The questionnaire used is a community resilience scale, namely the Community Advancing Resilience Toolkit Assessment Survey (CARTAS) and the Schutte Emotional Intelligence Scale (SEIS) scale which has been adapted, there are 389 online ojek drivers in Medan City. The method used in this research is quantitative method and data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis in this study is that emotional intelligence is positively related to the community resilience of online ojek driver during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of this study, it was found that there was a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and the community resilience of online ojek driver during the Covid-19 pandemic. This shows that the higher the emotional intelligence, the higher community resilience of online ojek driver during the Covid-19 pandemic.en_US
