dc.description.abstractPT. Trijaya Pratama Futures in Medan is a broker company place in medan, has human resources which rely on and support of information technology, that superiority give optimal facility transaction to the client which invest in market index share, looking from "net margin in" which employee gets, showing the reduce of the performance of employee marketing division as bisnis consultant, have not ability to give the maximal performance to get the target to increase the performance of company This research have a goal to know what are the factors that can influence the performance of employee in PT. Trijaya Pratama Futures in Medan, and to know what the dominant factor that influence the performance of employee. Approach that used in this research is survey, with the collecting data by interview and giving the question list to responden that can the sample which are 50 employes marketing division PT Trijaya Pratama Futures in Medan which measured with likert scala and using statistic model double regresi linier, kinds of this research kuantitatif description and the characteristic research is explanatory research. According the Scribner (Prawirosentono,1999) the performance is working which can get by someone or group of people in one organization as the authority and responsible each person, to get the goal of organization as a legal, not breaking the draw moral and etica, the performance as function interaction between ability (A). motivation (M) and opportunity (O) which is work = f (A x Mx 0), it means: the performance have function from ability, motivation, and opportunity (Robbins, 1996). In this case there are three free variable which is ability (X1), motivation (X) career opportunity (X) and one bound variabel (Y) which is the performance of employee marketing division PT. Trijaya Pratama Futures in Medan The result of the research show that all the ability, motivation, and career opportunity influence the significant to the performance of employee PT Trijaya Pratama Futures in Medan, as a partial factors the ability is not influence to the performance of employee, as a partial value coefficient regretion variable motivation which is 0,242 with significant 0,00 show that motivation factor influence high significant to the performance of employee and factor of career opportunity not influence to the performance of employee, The conclusion in this research is there are get relation which significant between ability, motivation, and career opportunity to the work employee, and motivation factor is the dominant influence to the performance of employee, that's means that motivation is the most factor that certain the level performance of employee in PT Tnjaya Pratama Futures in Medanen_US
