A study on Ecotaksonomy of Ground Orchid (Terrestrial Orchid) at Sicikeh- cikeh Natural Park Dairi North of Sumatera Utara were conducted in October 2008 to February 2009. Sampling area was settled by using purposive sampling method and divided into 3 locations. Location I was lake I; location II was lake II; location III was lake III. Area size of observation was 1125 m (1,125 ha), were observed in 15 plots with the plot size of 5 by 5 m. The result shows that there are 30 kind Terrestrial Orchid with 1443 individual. The species is dominated by Dendrochilum lepidum with 384 individuals. Species structure in lake I is dominated by Dendrochilum lepidum with INP 65,328%, in lake II is dominated by Phaius sp 1 with INP 44,353%, and in lake III was dominated by Phaius sp 1 with INP 35,513% Index of similarity of the species among location is very low, except those of lake II and III with value of the 69,565%. The endemic ground orchid at Sicikeh-cikeh Natural Park is Paphiopedilum tonsum, Corybas stenotribonos and Dendrochilum lepidum.
