Pengaruh Return On Equity (Roe), Net Profit Margin (NPM), terhadap Harga Saham dengan Investment Opportunity Set (1OS) sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate di Bursa Efek Jakarta

Abstract

Januri, 2009. lnfuence of Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin to the Stock Price of Real Estate and Property Company in Jakarta Stock Exchange with /OS as Moderating Variable, with counsellor commission : Ade Fatma Lubis (Chief) dan Iskandar Muda (Member). This Research aim to know explain the influence of Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin to the Stock Price of Real Estate and Property Company in Jakarta Stock Exchange with 10S as Moderating Variable. Sampel used is company which is merged into Real Estate and Property Company listed in BEJ of during period 2004 - 2007, sampel used amount to 38 sampel. Sampel takes with by Purposive sampling method with criterion always prepared the financial statement and not listed of Jakrta Stock Exchange. Model the analysis used in this research is Multiple Regression Analysis Method The result of this research Ln_ROE and Ln_Return On Equity with Investment Opportunity Set as Moderating Variable influence to the Stock Price. Where as Ln NP Mand NP M with 10S as moderating variabel not have significant influence to the stock prices.
