dc.description.abstract | The District Attorney of Medan as a part Republic of Indonesia Public
Attorney which coverage whole Medan land area constitute one of the Government
Institute to serve public service. Problems lifted in this research is how influence of
style of leadership and satisfaction work to organizational dynamics in the District
Attorney of Medan. This Research aim to to know the factors influencing
organizational dynamics in the District Attorney of Medan. As for becoming
hypothesis in research is style of leadership and satisfaction work to have an effect on
the significant to organizational dynamics in the District Attorney of Medan. This
Research use the theory of Management of Human Resource of related to leadership
style, satisfaction work and organizational dynamics.
This research use the method of census research. Pursuant to research type,
this research represent the quantitative descriptive research type while nature of this
research is quantitative eksplanatory. Population in this research is all officer of the
District Attorney of Medan of both for taking hold of as Arranging Effort and also
taking hold of as Attorney amounting to as a whole as much 65 people. Arrange the
Effort amount to 3 7 people and Attorney amount to 28 people of while Head of the
District Attorney of Medan is not taken by as sampel. Variable in this research is
independent variable consisted of by the leadership style (X1) and the satisfaction
work (X2) and also variable dependen that is organizational dynamics (Y).
Appliance of statistic Test used to analyse the data in this research is doubled
linear analysis regression (multiple regression analysis). independent Variable
influence to variable dependen tested with the test F and the test t of at belief level
(confidence level) 95% or significant level, a= 0,05. Before questionaire propagated
using scale Likert in its measurement is beforehand conducted by test of validity
construct in the District Attorney of Binjai and its result is valid enough while test
reliabilitas conducted by paying attention to value of Cronbach'S Alpha and its result
also reliabel.
Result of test in concern in this research there are influence which high
significant from variable of style of leadership and satisfaction work to organizational
dynamics that is equal to 48, 1 %, while by parsial is satisfaction variable work most
dominant equal to 43,7% influencing organizational dynamics and variable of
leadership style have an effect on equal to 12,4%. dominant Leadership style used by
Head of the District Attorney of Medan is leadership style democratize while relation
with the friend work to represent the satisfaction element work the dominant officer
in the District Attorney of Medan. | en_US |
