dc.description.abstractCrude Palm Oil (CPO) is obtained from the result of pressure process need to be purified from of sludge and water. Oil purification processing from dirt carried in decanter that used to separate oil and sludge. In the operation of decanter requires attention of feed process and percentage of feed oil will remain constant so that the loss of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at the lowest possible under the standards set. From the observation and analysis in the laboratory, the appropriate feed process is 10-12 MT /hr and the percentage of feed oil is 8% and the loss of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is below 1 % according to the quality standards of production which has been set.en_US
