    Abstract
    This research tends to examine the impact of the changes of capital expenditure, government investment, population growth to the economics growth and also to the regional revenue. It is also intended to examine the direct and indirect effect the changes of capital expenditure, government investment dan population growth to the regional revenue. This is an asosiatif causal research using secondary information that analyzed by multiple regression method and path analysis. Population of this research involving 33 regencies/municipalities in North Sumatra and by using purposive criteria sampling method to select 22 regencies/municipalities as sample. To gather reliable data, this research also using time series data during the year of 2005 - 2009 for capital expenditure, government investment dan population growth variable and data during the year of 2006 - 2010 for economics growth and regional revenue variable. In relation with the changes of capital expenditure, government investment and population growth, the research found that simultaneosly all the variables lrifluences both regional economic growth and regional revenue. But in partially result, only capital expenditure and government investment positivly and significantly influences regional revenue. Entirely, the greater allocation of capital expenditure will support more economics growth and regional revenue.
