Abstract

In terms of valuating performance development, PT Inter Pan Paci.fie Futures ANZ Medan Branch looked at the work productivity of financial consultant. The object of evaluation was the skills and abilities of financial consultants in canying out his/her duties which was obnjectively and periodically evaluated through certain standard. The work productivity of financial consultant of PT. Inter Pan Pacific Futures ANZ Medan Branch evaluated was his/her ability in achieving the margin in targeted by PT. Inter Pan Paci.fie Futures ANZ Medan Branch. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of the characteristics of individual and team work on the 1vork productivity of financial consultant through organizational commitment in PT. Inter Pan Paci.fie Futures ANZ Medan Branch. The data obtained were analyzed through multiple linear regression tests. The result of this study showed that simultaneously the characteristics of individual and team work had positive and significant influence on the work productivity of financial consultant of PT. Inter Pan Paci.fie Futures ANZ Medan Branch. Partially, each characteristic of the individual and team work had positive and significant influence on the work productivity of financial consultant of PT.
