Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Profitabilitas Perusahaan pada Perusahaan BUMN Perkebunan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I-VII (Persero)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of asset turnover, short-term debt, long-term debt, and the debt-to-equity ratio of the company's profitability of the state-owned plantation enterprises PT Perkebunan Nusantara I-VII (Persero). This associative study used secondary data . The population of this study was 7 (seven) state-owned plantation enterprises operating in Indonesia within the period of 2008 to 2012. The samples observed were 35 financial reports of the plantation enterprises selected through saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed throughmultiple linear regression tests. The result of this study showed that simultaneously the asset turnover, short-term debt, longterm debt, and the debt-to-equity ratio had significant influence on the profitability with the value of adjusted R2 = -11.2%. Partially the long-term deht. and the deht-toequity ratio had sign[ficant injluence on the profitability while rhe asset turnover and short-term debt had insignificant injluence on the profitability.
