Abstract

The medical record is a collection of patient care and treatment records. Medical records serve as systems that help operators manage patient data. The limitations of the manual system make it difficult for doctors to access patient medical data that has been made. Therefore, medical records are made to meet the demand of the hospital in serving patients optimally in handling patients. To build this medical record system modeling system is needed using the object model so as to facilitate the implementation into the application-based programming website and android. The usefulness of the medical record application program that has been created has the ability to insert, delete, add and modify the data of new and existing patients and also can add, delete and change user permissions in running medical record application program. Transaction data in medical record system program is done dynamically so that it can directly provide information in case of data changes.
