The objective of reasearchwas to identify and analyze the influence of the,
financial aspects, services, operations and human resources to the performance of
Regional Water Company (PDAM) on the island of Sumatra. This type of
research ls the research clause. This study uses secondary data and the
population in this study are all the regional water company are located on the
island of Sumatra as many as 92 pieces. Testing research data using multiple
linear regression analysis. Results of this study simultaneously the financial
ospects (which consist of Return on equity, Ratio Operation, Ratio Cash,
Effectiveness Billing, Solvability), aspects of the service (which consists of the
Scope of Technical Serttices, Subscriber Growth, Settiement Complaints, Water
Quality Customer, Water Consumption Drinking Domestic), operational aspects
(which consist of Efficiency Production, Water Losses, Hours of Operation
Service, Water Pressure in Connection Customer, Replacement / Calibration
It4eter ), and aspects of human resources (comprising Ratio Total Employee /
1000 Custonter, Employee Training Ratio, Cost of Employee Training to
Employees Cost) have significant influence to the performance of the Regional
Water Company in Sumatra. Partially, Return on equity, Ratio of cash,
Effectiveness Billing, Scope of Technical Services, Subscriber Growth, Water
Qqality Customer, Efficiency Production, Operating Hours Service, Water
Pressure in Connection Customer ltave positive and sign{rcant inJltteruce to tlte
performance, Ratio Cash, Settlement complaints, Domestic Water Consumption,
Replacement / C.alibration Meter Custotner, Employee fi'aining Ratio, Cost
Trainingfor personnel costs have positive and not signfficant to the performance,
water losses has a negative and significant to the performance, Operating Ratio
and Ratio number of employees negative and not signrficant to the performance.
