The concentration of Free Fatty Acid (FFA), water content, and levels of impurities contained in palm oil is a principle determinant to quality of palm oil. This Free Fatty Acid (FFA) is undersirable in the palm oil because it can make the rancid to the oil self and shorthen the storage duration. The concentration of Free Fatty Acid (FFA) can be determined by titrimetry method, and for levels of dirt and moisture carried out by the gravimetric method. The result of analysis obtained for free fatty acid levels to a maximum of 6,04 %, maximum water content of 0,0704 %, and maximum dirt content of 0,00031 % for CPO on the storage tank for 5 days. Indonesia National Standard for free fatty acid levels of <3,50 %, levels of water impurities of <0,10 %, and levels dirt impurities of <0,02 %.en_US
