dc.description.abstractLosses of oil on the boiling station are as prevalent as experienced by the Palm Oil mills in the processing. Losses are conditions that must be minimized because it cause loss to the company. Levels of losses in boiling water station can be analyzed through a sample of condensate water. Created variations in pressure and boiling time for each of the condensate water samples taken. Of each different treatment would be obtained in different levels of losses. The optimum conditions of boiling on the sterilizer PTPN IV Pulu Raja was at a pressure of 2.76 kg/cm2 with a 90-minute boiling time and temperature was 135oC and a boiling system of three-peak pattern (triple peak) which generated losses in the condensate water by 0.74%.en_US
