dc.description.abstractIodine value is one of the parameters determination the quality of oils or fats. Iodine value show the concentrations of the unsaturated oils or fats and are related to the unsaturated fatty acids contents in oils or fats. Determination of iodine value can be done with the method of Wijs. Based on the analysis for the iodine value of RBD CNO Lampung 8.65 g I2/100 g, greater than RBD CNO east Java 8,20 g I2/100 and RBD CNO North Sumatra I2/100 8.35 g g. And the analysis results, iodine number of Virgin Coconut Oil-C 7.66 g I2/100 g, greater than Virgin Coconut Oil-A 7.26 g I2/100 g and Virgin Coconut Oil-B 7.53 g I2/100 g.en_US
