Penentuan Kadar Difenhidramin Hcl dalam Obat Batuk Sirup dengan Metode Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (Kckt)

Abstract

Determination of diphenhydramine HCl in cough syrup using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method by using detector UV-Vis with wave length 254 nm was done. From data was obtained the content of diphenhydramine HCl that was 98,41 %., it means that diphenhydramine HCl in cough syrup to comply requirement according to United States Pharmacopeia 31 that was not less than 90,0 % and not more than 110,0 %.
