dc.description.abstract	Determination of diphenhydramine HCl in cough syrup using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method by using detector UV-Vis with wave length 254 nm was done. From data was obtained the content of diphenhydramine HCl that was 98,41 %., it means that diphenhydramine HCl in cough syrup to comply requirement according to United States Pharmacopeia 31 that was not less than 90,0 % and not more than 110,0 %.	en_US
